Brief Overview

Identify and purchase a site of 500,000 – 1,000,000m²  for the construction of 1500 - 2000 Affordable Homes.  Sites to be carefully researched and assessed prior to purchase, to ensure suitability for planning permission.

The 2000 homes are targeted at the local Brazilian Affordable Housing market for Brazilian families.  Mortgages are provided at agreed subsidised rates (government initiative Mina Casa) over a 25 to 30 year period.

Phase 1 consists of 300 Land Plot sales for more luxurious constructed properties and Phase 2 onwards is for 1500 affordable homes forming part of the governments National Housing Plan ‘My House, My Life’.

Areas for projects are carefully targeted and demographic studies conducted to assess the wealth and local industry sectors within the area.

Affordable House Prices (for Brazilians) will be between R$67,000 - R$120,000 (USD $37k - $65k*)  This price range represents our target, low-income market and reflects 10% of the national demand.
