Joint Venture Partners are required for further projects with entry of approx BRL R$ 3.7M (*USD $1.5m) in total. Substantial investor security is achieved through charge on land.

To develop a projects of approx 110 units which could be a luxury apartment complex or affordable Brazilian housing.  

Forecasted ROI over a 3 year period is 78%. (Average of 26% per year). Total Return including initial investment forecasted at BRL R$ 4.8m (*USD $2.3M) 

Investment capital return and profit distribution during year 3 

Project supported by bank finance (if required). The joint venture partner receives Banks leverage on a total project value of BRL R$15.5M. 

The developer partner is approved by major Brazilian lenders to offer a new affordable mortgage payment strategy of over 240 months (previously 60 months) for affordable housing projects.

The management team will provide regular reports to the investors requirements
