Investment capital return and profit

Project supported by bank finance (if
required). The joint venture partner receives Banks leverage on a total project value of BRL
R$15.5M.
The developer partner is approved by major
Brazilian lenders to offer a new affordable mortgage payment strategy of over 240 months (previously 60
months) for affordable housing projects.
The management team will provide regular
